Shimano Safety Notice and Recall
Ultegra and Dura-Ace 11-speed Hollowtech II cranksets
A small number of our bikes may have been equipped with cranksets from the manufacturer Shimano, which in certain batches are affected by a current safety note. What’s more, some of these cranksets may have been sold separately.
A faulty crankset may cause the crankset to break and even lead to a fall.
The safety of our customers is very important to us. In order to solve this problem and to make sure that you are safe on your bike at all times, we refer you to the current Shimano safety notice. If you are affected, we recommend that you have it checked to be on the safe side.
